Apply to Rent a Property with EZR Management

We’re glad you are interested in renting one of our properties! In order to apply for a rental property with EZR Management, please follow the steps below.

EZR Application 2015

  1. Print the application in the link above and bring the completed document to our office at 6263 Poplar Ave., Ste 440 Memphis, TN 38119.
  2. Provide a valid ID. Provide proof of income at least 2 1/2 times the monthly rent. (Submit scanned copies of each via email if submitting application electronically.)
  3. Have no recent evictions, active bankruptcies or judgments.
  4. Bring the deposit and the nonrefundable application fee of $50 in two (2) separate payments to our office, in the form of a certified check or money order with receipts attached.

Approval takes a minimum of 48 hours during the business week. If you are approved, you will be notified of the steps needed to take possession. Questions? Please call us at (901) 507-3040.
