Things have changed quite a bit since we began EZR Management many years ago. Of course, some essential elements of property management and good business will always be the same. However, the ways in which we communicate with each other in our daily lives are changing as technology advances and makes us more connected than ever.
That’s why we recently launched a new web portal that enables our homeowners’ association clients to easily access all the information they need right when they need it, and more efficiently communicate with us, their property manager.
This web tool is called CINC Webaxis, and in just a few weeks of introducing it, we are encouraged to see the ways in which CINC is helping us help our clients.
WHAT CINC SYSTEMS CAN DO FOR EZR MANAGEMENT CLIENTS
Here are few of the key things that CINC Systems can do for our HOAs:
- Update your homeowner information
- View the status of your account
- Pay HOA dues
- Check on compliance violations
- Put in maintenance requests
- Access homeowners’ association documents
One of the best aspects of our hardworking HOA board members is that they don’t have to wait until the end of the month to review status. All the relevant information about your HOA is available to them when they need it.
WHERE DO I LOG IN?
You can access the site by clicking here and logging in with the information that should have been provided to you individually in a mailed letter. If you haven’t received a log-in, please contact EZR’s Accounts Receivable at 901-507-3040.
HOW DO I SET UP MY ACCOUNT?
Your HOA account website can be accessed by going to https://ezr.cincwebaxis.com and Click Sign In in the top right corner and Create Account at the bottom right. A registration request will be submitted and once approved, you will receive an email (from firstname.lastname@example.org) with a link to set your password for your new login id. Check your Junk Mail frequently if you have filters that may prevent this email from reaching your inbox.
IS CINC WEBAXIS A SECURE SITE?
Yes! We specifically chose an online tool that has the leading technology not only in property management but in website security and privacy, as well.
HOW DO I PAY MY HOA DUES WITH CINC Systems?
Log into your account and then click the Pay Assessments Link. On the Pay Assessments page, you can choose to set up your recurring payments for echecks or credit card by clicking on the New Recurring Echeck or New Recurring Credit Card link. There is no fee for echecks and a 3.25% convenience fee for credit card payments.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST?
Once you have set up your account and logged in, there is an option on the homepage called “Work Orders” that will let you submit a service request 24/7.
